Education

  • Aiming to bridge educational gaps, provide scholarships, and offer vocational training opportunities for underserved children.
  • Supporting Teachers to teach students by using effective methods of teaching and upgrading the mental capacity of students.

 

  • Supporting students on how to learn by introducing appropriate and efficient methodologies (time management, mental force & learning techniques) and to guide them through proper channels of career guidance.
  • Introducing the “Residential Course” purely produced by Dr. Ratnasiri Bandara for the first time in Sri Lanka, to students who were failed to conquer O/L & A/L barriers. As a result of improved memory and time management skills students were able to excel in whatever stream they pursue.

 

Legal Rights

  • Undertaking actions and efforts to safeguard the legal, social, and ethical entitlements of all people regardless of their age, gender, religion and ethnicity.
  • Scheming rights to ensure the well-being, development, and dignity of children and
  • Tendering a new proposal on human rights:
    • Men’s rights,
    • Youth rights,
    • Domestic servant’s rights,
    • Drivers rights,
    • Infertile Married couples’ rights.
  • Helping to create a peaceful environment and a healthy family environment by spreading awareness

Health & Wellness

  • promote access to healthcare services, mental health support, and nutrition programs to ensure the well- being of individuals and families.

  • Injury prevention including intentional injuries (Suicide, homicide and assault) and non- intentional injuries.

  • Introducing zero-error policy: motivate people to minimize those efforts; preventing errors, Introducing extended mindfulness as a part of future plan: newest mindfulness program which includes the four conscious awareness: Importance of life, actions could   be   taken, positive/protective emotions, overall success of awareness.

  • Introducing the injury prevention plan (Mainly physical, psychological & other injuries/ accidents)- addressing the human error which contributes to 96% for the injuries (awareness on cause & effect) – zero error policy. 

  •  Establishing injury preventing units at each village to create awareness.

  • Prevention from chronical diseases such as diabetes – introducing diet plans , creatine boosting activities

Recovery from Migraine

The global prevalence of migraine has increased substantially over the last three decades. According to the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) 2019 study, the estimated global prevalence of migraine increased from 721.9 million (95% UI: 624.9–833.4) in 1990 to 1.1 billion (95% UI: 0.98–1.3) in 2019.

     Migraine is a type of headache characterized by recurrent attacks of moderate to severe throbbing and pulsating pain on one side of the head.
